The sophomore class is preparing daily for our final SEL day on Friday, April 20, 2012. The students have been split into two different groups to benefit our community. One group, with Mr. Falk, is helping out at the fire station with cleaning and other chores. However the group that needs your help the most is Mrs. Boucek's group. Mrs. Boucek's group is giving back to the community by filling spring baskets for less fortunate children. This year there are 31 children in need of our help, and the only problem is that our funds and resources are limited. The Masonic Lodge graciously donated $50, Lion's Club $25, and the Senior Center donated $25 to our cause. However, we still desperately need materials. We would greatly appreciate it if you, or a family member, would be willing to donate a small stuffed animal or any gently used toy. Our class is working very hard to raise enough materials and many students have already donated.
Sincerely,
Savannah Noe and Libby Lowry

Dear Class of 2014:
We are asking you to help us with donations for the Spring Baskets we are making on our SEL day. The SEL day is Friday, April 20, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Donations consist of money, trinkets, (in good condition), gently used stuffed animals, and many other items you might cherish. The class will be making the baskets at the Masonic Lodge in Cuba. Our local Masonic Lodge, Lion's Club, and Senior Center are generously donating as well. Keep in mind that we need gifts for both boys and girls from grades Kindergarten to Fifth Grade. Our class will also be making crafts and cards at the Masonic Lodge for the baskets. Your contributions towards the artistries will also be greatly valued as well. This project will require offering of gifts or money for at least 31 baskets.
Anything you are willing to give up will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Elizabeth Modlin and Sarah Jones
